Lamb roast with and Root vegetables

Ingredients :
Whole shoulder of lamb
2 leeks, sliced into rough circles
2 sliced medium onions
2 carrots
Chestnuts
10 garlic cloves (optional)
Marinade
3 tablespoons of date honey (silan)
Olive oil
1 tbsp sweet/spicy paprika
Kosher salt
Black pepper
Preparation
Cut all the vegetables
Mix the marinade ingredients well in a bowl, spreas generouslybover the meat, and massage into it.
Place the meat into a roasting pan. Add the vegetables all around. You can add 10 cloves of garlic to taste. Cover the pan with baking paper and aluminum foil.
Place in the oven for two hours at 180 degrees C/350 F.
