Matzo Babka

- matzo - 0.5 kg
- 4 eggs
- 2 onions
- 1carrot
- 100g mushrooms
- 2 tbsp salt and pepper
- vegetable oil
- water


Fry the onions and mushrooms in a pan with the grated carrot. Separately, break the matzo into pieces and pour boiling water over it. Let it sit for 5 minutes. Drain the water, beat 4 eggs in a bowl and pour into the matzo. Then add the sautéed vegetables and mix everything together. Pour into a baking form and bake at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
