Information concerning minors participating in our programs is provided by a parent or legal guardian and used to the extent necessary to organize the relevant event, camp, or program and related activities.
Photography and video of minors
Photography or video of a minor, followed by use of those materials by the organization for reports, website publications and/or the organization’s official social media channels, is subject to separate affirmative consent from the parent or legal guardian where such consent is required.

Where photography or video consent is not necessary for participation in a particular program, declining that consent does not prevent the child from participating.

Where the required consent has been provided, we may send news, program announcements, invitations and other informational or marketing communications by email and/or WhatsApp.
Consent to such communications is separate and voluntary. Consent boxes are not selected by default.
