This policy explains what personal information Anashim Mishelanu (R.A.) / אנשים משלנו, Israeli nonprofit registration no. 580759579, referred to below as "Our People," "we," or "us," collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have.

It applies to ourpeople.org.il and all related pages, registration forms, mailing lists, and donation pages.
1. Acceptance

These terms govern your use of ourpeople.org.il and all related pages, registration forms, and donation pages, which belong to Anashim Mishelanu (R.A.) / אנשים משלנו, Israeli nonprofit registration no. 580759579 (referred to below as "Our People" or "the organization").

By using the site, you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. About the organization

Our People is a nonprofit organization registered in Israel that works with Russian-speaking immigrant families. Our activity includes educational and family programs, camps, community events, and direct support for families.
3. Using the site

You agree to:

— provide accurate information when registering or making a donation;
— refrain from using the site for any unlawful purpose;
— refrain from attempting unauthorized access to our systems, disrupting the site, or uploading malicious code;
— refrain from copying site materials for commercial use without our written permission.

We may restrict access for any user who violates these terms.
4. Donations

— Donations are voluntary and are not made in exchange for goods or services.
— All amounts are stated in Israeli new shekels (₪) unless explicitly noted otherwise.
— Payments are processed by Nedarim Plus. The organization does not store credit card details.
— After a successful payment you will receive a confirmation and a receipt at the email address you provided.
— Donations are used for the organization's charitable purposes. Where a specific campaign has closed or a program cannot be carried out, we may direct the funds to the area of greatest need.
— Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Customer Service Policy.

Recurring donations. If you set up a recurring gift, the amount will be charged monthly until you cancel. You may cancel at any time by contacting us — see the Customer Service Policy.
5. Event registration

— One registration covers one family, unless the event description states otherwise.
— Registration is complete once payment is made (for paid events) and confirmation is received.
— Places may be limited, and we may close registration early.
— We may change the time, location, or program of an event, or cancel it. We will notify registered participants in advance by email or phone.
— Participant cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Customer Service Policy.
6. Photography at events

Photographs and video may be taken at our events and used in reports and on our social media channels. If you prefer that you or your children not be photographed, please tell the organizers on site or write to us in advance, and we will accommodate that.
7. Intellectual property

All content on the site — text, photographs, illustrations, the logo, design, PDF guides, and other files — belongs to the organization or is used by it lawfully, and is protected by copyright.

Personal, non-commercial use with attribution is permitted. Any other use, including republication, adaptation, or commercial distribution, requires our written consent.
8. Limitation of liability

Information on the site is provided for general guidance. We work to keep it current but do not guarantee that all of it is complete or accurate — particularly information about immigrant rights, government benefits, and administrative procedures, which should always be verified on the official websites of the relevant authorities.

The organization is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site, or for temporary unavailability of the site for technical reasons.

The site may link to third-party websites. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it or for their privacy practices.
