I hereby voluntarily consent to receive informational, promotional, and marketing communications from Anashim Mishelanu (R.A.) / אנשים משלנו (hereinafter referred to as “Our People” or the “Organization”).
1. Communications Covered by This Consent
I agree to receive communications that may include:
— news and information about the activities of Our People;
— announcements of events, programs, camps, lectures, and meetings;
— invitations to participate in events and programs;
— information about new projects and initiatives of the Organization;
— information about charitable and fundraising campaigns;
— invitations and opportunities to support the Organization and its projects through donations;
— informational, promotional, and marketing materials related to the activities of Our People.
2. Communication Channels
I agree to receive the above communications using the contact information I have provided through:
— Email;
— WhatsApp;
— SMS, where this communication channel is used by the Organization.
3. Voluntary Consent
Providing this consent is voluntary.
Refusal to receive promotional or marketing communications will not prevent me from:
— registering for events or programs;
— participating in the Organization’s activities;
— making donations;
— receiving services or support from Our People.
The Organization may send necessary service and operational communications directly related to my registration, participation in an event or program, donation, or a request submitted by me, regardless of whether I have consented to receive marketing communications.
4. Withdrawal of Consent
I may withdraw my consent and opt out of receiving promotional and marketing communications at any time.
I may do so by:
— using an unsubscribe link or other opt-out mechanism included in the relevant communication, where available;
— replying to the relevant communication with a request to stop receiving marketing messages;
— contacting marketing@ourpeople.org.il;
— contacting the Organization by phone or WhatsApp at +972-53-485-2101.
Upon receiving an opt-out request, the Organization will discontinue the relevant promotional and marketing communications in accordance with applicable law.
5. Processing of Personal Information
Contact information used for communications is processed in accordance with the Our People Privacy Policy.
The Organization may use third-party service providers to facilitate communications and mailing services in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
6. Confirmation of Consent
By providing this consent, I confirm that:
— the contact information I have provided belongs to me or I am authorized to use it;
— I understand the types of communications I may receive;
— I provide this consent voluntarily;
— I understand that I may withdraw my consent and opt out of marketing communications at any time.
